FAQ
Q: How do I enter range values?
A: Enter them with a comma. (Example: "1, 10")
Q: How do I generate a target spectra?
A: Click "Home" in the main title bar, then click on the "Scaled" button. To generate a spectra from the default
values, click "Load Default Values" and then click "create" to generate the spectra.
Q: How do I get to the search screen?
A: UnScaled: Simple click on the "Unscaled" button from the "Home" screen.
A: Scaled: Once you have generated the target spectra, then click "next".
Q: How do you view the details for a specific search result?
A: After initiating a new search, the results will be printed below the search screen.
Click on an individual result to view its acceleration/velocity/displacement charts.
Q: What is the type of magnitude the application is using?
A: Moment magnitude.
Q: Scaled: What are the checkboxes on the left side of the search results and how do I use them?
A: Check boxes allow the user to select specific records to "Plot Selected(button)" values, "Save Search Spectra",
and "Save Original Unscaled Time Series Records".
Q: Why do some records seem to be missing from previous versions of the strong motion database?
